I had no muscle mass whatsoever to start with and I've really enjoyed seeing muscle appear. I think BodyPump is the class I got and still get the most out of. You can't appreciate your success to start with - your initial building blocks of a new you, but they are happening underneath. It starts getting a million times easier when you start to see results, however small. I was doing the right things and if I kept doing it then it couldn't not pay off eventually. I remember being in all kind of pain one day and pissed off because the scale hadn't moved for a few weeks.
